The „Wieliczka” Salt Mine is one of Poland's most precious monuments, visited by over a million tourists from around the world each year. It is also a world-class monument, inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List of Cultural and Natural Heritage. The „Wieliczka” Salt Mine is also an underground city with an extensive infrastructure.
The tour takes place along the tourist route, and then the Museum of Cracow Saltworks. You will be able to admire underground lakes, magnificent chapels, original equipment, and traces of mining work. In one of the chambers, there are souvenir shops and an underground inn.
